Startup India Rocks Comes to Goa Bringing Investors from Round the Globe
Scaale, a VC Group headquartered in four key markets of San Francisco, London, Barcelona and Mumbai is organizing India’s first ever global startup event this year in Goa called Startup India Rocks. The event is scheduled on 7th & 8th October 2015 at Leela Hotel.
The two-day event is the first of its kind in India where the seasoned entrepreneurs from around the world will descend to Goa to engage with some of the best minds in India. The event is a laudation of the burgeoning Indian entrepreneurial spirit to reach out to the world. It will have some of India’s best Entrepreneurs, CXOs, VCs and Angels engage actively with stakeholders from start-up ecosystems across the world including Silicon Valley, London, Berlin, Estonia, Istanbul, Helsinki, Singapore and more.
Startup India Rocks will have Candace Johnson, President EBAN- The European Trade Association for Business Angels, Seed Funds and Early Stage Market Players as the key speaker along with Global Investors such as, Paulo Andrez (Ex-President – EBAN), Vesa Perala (Angel Investor – FIBAN), Stephen Liu (Angel Investor – China & Founder of Cybernaut Investment Group), Gary Stewart (Director at Wayra – UK – a Telefónica Initiative), Ricardo Luz (Board Member – EBAN), Burak Buyukdemir (Founder – Etohum), Peter E. – The next best 30 startups would be offered a space for an exclusive product launch.
– The event would provide a space for the participating startups’ logo on their website starting September 1 until the end of the event. Additionally, a brief on the company would be shared with the list of Investors/CXOs participating at Startup India Rocks, Goa.
